Jovie is a deft rapper who weaves witty commentary and storytelling together to paint a picture of his neighborhood. He’s been making beats for over 5 years and found a mentor in visiting artist King Britt, who encouraged him to further develop his skills. Jovie had a computer full of beats that King worked with him to polish. He sells beats to other emcees in the neighborhood and hopes to continue developing his skill set.
